Qualifications and experience are essential for any effective teacher, but they are not enough to guarantee a transformative educational experience for their students.

The insights we have gained as House Masters in boarding schools give us an intuitive and unparalleled understanding of how young people think and learn. We use this to generate the best possible outcomes for those we are supporting.

It also gives them the ability to interact more confidently with others and empowers them to make wise decisions that generate fruitful and worthwhile outcomes.
